Bullying in the workplace, a rerun

We all know someone who has been bullied, whether as a child or as an adult in their workplace.

A few years ago, I worked in a toxic environment. There was a core clique that controlled everything, with both a male and female queen bee. You had to be born locally, of Italian descent and a brown noser to the bullies in charge to get anywhere.
